Terms and Conditions – Delenzo Studio

Full payment is required in advance before the commencement of any services.
Payments must be made via the accepted payment methods specified by Delenzo Studio.
No work will begin until the payment is received in full.

All quotations provided by Delenzo Studio are valid for the period specified in the quotation document.
Prices and terms may be subject to change after the validity period expires.

Services will be rendered as per the agreed schedule between the client and Delenzo Studio.
Any modifications to the project scope or timeline must be mutually agreed upon in writing.
The final podcast will be delivered through Google Drive, where clients can download their files via a secure link.
Note: Collect your Data from Drive link with in 3 Days After 3 Days Delenzo Studio Will Not Responsible

Our podcast editing service comes with one (1) round of revisions per project.
An additional round of revisions can be added for an extra fee.

The standard turnaround time for podcast editing is 3-5 working days for social clips and 5-7 working days for audio-visual podcasts, starting from the receipt of the editing brief.

Clients can request social media cut-downs as part of a commercial package or as standalone edits for 2,500 PKR per 60-second clip.
These cut-downs can be provided in standard aspect ratios of 1:1 or 9:16, making them optimized for social media platforms.

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the booking start time will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made at least 3 days before the booking start time will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before the booking start time are non-refundable.
Clients can postpone their recording session instead of canceling if the postponement request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.
Refunds will be processed in the original payment method within 10 business days of the cancellation.

Delenzo Studio shall not be held liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond its control. These may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, technical failures, strikes, or other unavoidable events.
In case of delays, Delenzo Studio will communicate with the client to find a resolution.

Clients must ensure that any content provided for editing does not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or third-party rights.
Delenzo Studio reserves the right to refuse work on any content that violates legal or ethical standards.

All client content and project details will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.
However, Delenzo Studio reserves the right to showcase completed podcast reels in its portfolio for marketing purposes, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.

Any disputes arising from the services provided shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through discussion.
If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with the studio’s dispute resolution policy.

By engaging with Delenzo Studio’s services, the client agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
Delenzo Studio reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
